Meeting between President Mauricio Macri and Prime Minister of Australia Malcolm Turnbull

The President Mauricio Macri analysed with the Prime Minister of Australia, Malcolm Turnbull, the possibility to promote an economic forum of business between Argentina and Australia during a bilateral meeting that was held in Hangzhou, China, in the framework of the G20 summit.

Both leaders advocated for the growth of the commercial interchange between both countries, and specifically boarded the alternatives that offer areas such as agribusiness and tourism, between other themes....

X Anniversary of OPAL reactor

The nuclear research reactor OPAL, built according to the design and and the advice of the Argentine company INVAP S.E., celebrated its tenth anniversary on Monday August 8, 2016.

VISIT OF THE GOVERNOR GENERAL OF AUSTRALIA TO ARGENTINA

The Governor General of Australia, Sir Peter Cosgrove, visited Argentina between the 8 and the 10 of August, 2016.

President Mauricio Macri had a private meeting with the Governor General; he hosted a lunch in his honour, and he distinguished the ilustrious guest with the Order of Libertador General San Martin in the grade of necklace.
